Professional Pilot Training in South Carolina

Advanced instruction prepares flight students for success as professional pilots in a broad industry, ranging from banner-towing and pesticide application to flying large passenger jets and hauling cargo across the world.

Aviators seeking to be a part of this exciting industry are held to higher standards than those seeking to fly for personal transportation or recreation, but the process for getting started is similar.

Five Steps to Enrolling at USAeroFlight (Commercial Pilot)

  1. Hold an FAA Private Pilot certificate (What if I don’t have this?)
  2. Complete an interview with USAeroFlight.
  3. Complete an application form.
  4. Read and sign the USAeroFlight’s student handbook.
  5. Visit our school to complete student orientation.

Completing the Application Form

We’ll need your contact information and a handful of documents to make your enrollment official through the FAA and the State of South Carolina. Please complete and sign our application form, and send scanned copies of it and the documents it mentions to to [email protected]  If you’ve already begun Commercial training at another school and plan to transfer to USAeroFlight, you may not need to fill out this form. Reading and Signing the Student Handbook

In addition to learning about USAeroFlight’s policies and procedures, you’ll find out where we are located and what we’re all about as you read through the Student Handbook and Catalog. A commitment to safety and professionalism is essential to a positive learning environment, so we’ll ask you to sign saying you have read the Handbook and agree to abide by its guidelines.
